Return and Warranty Conditions

Return conditions for orders placed from Turkey:

You can return the products you purchased from atelieraliz.com in full or in parts.
  • The return period is 14 business days.
  • However, for products sourced from abroad, the right of withdrawal does not apply if the product is not received, is held at customs, or is returned due to the buyer's failure to pay customs duties, import taxes, or other legal obligations.
  • The products must be unused and their labels must not be removed.
  • Return shipping costs and all costs that may occur are the responsibility of the customer.
  • You can send the products you want to return to our address below with the cargo company of your choice.

  • The refundable amount covers only the product price, shipping costs are not refundable.
  • In orders where the free shipping campaign is used and all products are returned, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount as the campaign is no longer valid.

  • The return period is 14 business days.
  • However, for products sourced from abroad, the right of withdrawal does not apply if the product is not received, is held at customs, or is returned due to the buyer's failure to pay customs duties, import taxes, or other legal obligations.
  • The products must be unused and their labels must not be removed.
  • Returns can only be sent via DHL shipping((DHL Express applies to Germany)
  • Return shipping costs, customs duties and all costs that may occur are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Returned cargo should only be delivered to the address specified below.

  • Cargoes that do not reach the address are not collected from customs and are returned to the customer's address.
  • The refundable amount covers only the product price, shipping costs are not refundable.

How can I make a refund?

You can create an online request by writing your message on the Contact Us page of our website. This will allow us to match your request with your shipment once we receive it. If you are not a member, you need to register so we can start the return process.

Please package the products according to the rules mentioned above, along with your e-archive invoice. Your invoice has been sent to your email address as an e-archive invoice after your order. For any questions, you can get support from our customer service at 0538 9554380 during business hours.

How many days is the review period for the product?

The review process regarding your product, which reaches our review department, is completed within 15 business days at the latest and you are informed.

How is the product review result determined?

If a production-related problem is encountered as a result of the examination, your product will be replaced or refunded according to your request.

If a user-related problem is encountered, your product will be sent to your address registered in the system.
