  • Domestic orders are shipped with Yurtiçi Kargo, and the shipping fee is 100 TL. 
  • For orders with Istanbul delivery addresses placed on weekdays until 17:00, there is a same-day delivery option, and the shipping fee is 500 TL. Orders selected for same-day delivery placed after 17:00 will be shipped on the first following business day.
  • International orders are shipped with DHL. Shipping costs vary based on product weight and are calculated during checkout.
  • For international orders, additional tax and customs costs may apply depending on your country. If these fees are not calculated during payment when completing your purchase, they may be requested from you separately upon delivery.
  • Our cargo department does not operate on weekends and public holidays.
  • Orders are delivered to the cargo within 1-5 business days. The time it takes to reach you may vary depending on your address.
  • When your order arrives, please check the package for any damage before accepting it. In case of damage to the box, do not sign any delivery document; instead, ask the cargo officer to prepare a "Damage Assessment Report" and return the package to the cargo officer along with the report.
