Can I change or cancel my order?
In accordance with consumer rights, you can exercise your right to withdraw from your order before it is delivered to the cargo. For this, before you are notified by e-mail that your order has been shipped, you must inform us about the order or product you want to cancel to musteri@atelieraliz.com or our customer service number 0538 955 43 80 .
If your order has been shipped, you can exercise your right to return it within fourteen (14) days in accordance with the consumer protection law.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Your order will be shipped within 5 business days. The time it takes for your cargo to reach your address varies depending on your address.
How can I track my order after it has been shipped?
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirming the shipment and containing the shipping tracking number and link. You can check the delivery status of your order using the tracking code and link here.
How much do you charge for shipping?
Once you place your order, a detailed invoice for your order, including delivery charges, will be sent to your email address.
