Domestic orders are shipped with Yurtiçi Kargo, and the shipping fee is 100 TL.
For orders with Istanbul delivery addresses placed on weekdays until 17:00, same-day delivery is available for a shipping fee of 600 TL. Orders with same-day delivery selected placed after 17:00 will be shipped on the first following business day.
International orders are shipped via DHL. Shipping costs vary by product weight and are calculated at the time of purchase.
For international orders, additional taxes and customs duties may apply depending on your country. If these fees are not calculated during checkout, they may be requested from you separately upon delivery.
Our shipping department does not operate on weekends and public holidays. Orders are handed over to cargo within 1-5 business days. The delivery time to you may vary depending on your address.
When your order arrives, please check for any damage to the package before accepting it. If the box is damaged, do not sign any delivery document; instead, ask the courier to prepare a "Damage Assessment Report" and return the package to the courier along with the report.
