Domestic orders are shipped with Yurtiçi Kargo, and the shipping fee is 100 TL.
For orders with an Istanbul delivery address placed on weekdays until 5:00 PM, same-day delivery is available for a shipping fee of 700 TL. Same-day delivery orders placed after 5:00 PM will be shipped on the next business day.
International orders are shipped with DHL. The shipping cost varies by product weight and is calculated during the purchase process.
For international orders, additional taxes and customs duties may apply depending on your country. If these fees are not calculated during checkout, you may be charged separately upon delivery.
Our shipping department does not operate on weekends and public holidays. Orders are handed over to the courier within 1-5 business days. The delivery time to you may vary depending on your address.
When your order arrives, please check for any damage to the package before accepting it. If the box is damaged, do not sign any delivery document; instead, ask the courier to prepare a "Damage Assessment Report" and return the package to the courier along with the report.
